Brief Description: Left wing leading end finishing
Today I completed the left wing leading edge to fuel tank joint plate work. The holes for the nut plates needed drilling, deburring and countersinking, see image 1. Then I tackled the landing light installation, see image 2, making the leading edge cutout and preparing the lens, light bracket and anchor nut installation. Following this I made the hole for the tie down fitting and also the hole for the pitot tube fitting, see image 3. Lastly I disassembled the leading edge deburring, edge finishing and dimpling the skin.
